Eda Rhyne Distilling Co. is an Asheville-based craft distillery doing something genuinely unlike anything else out there. Using folk knowledge passed down through generations, native Appalachian botanicals, and rare heirloom grains foraged from the Blue Ridge Mountains, they've built a lineup of amaros, fernet, gin, vodka, and nocino that tastes unmistakably of this place. This is not mass-produced spirits — this is Southern Appalachia in a glass.
